Georgian investment opportunities were discussed in Berlin.

Deputy Prime Minister Kumsishvili participated in the session of Berlin Economic Forum and spoke about transit and investment opportunities in the country.

Dmitry Kumsishvili met with the German Foreign Minister. The development of the European integration process in the region and Georgia-Germany relations were discussed at the meeting.

“Georgia is a small but very attractive country for international investment. Its market is open, and the economy is decidedly liberal,” stated the Minister.

He said Georgia’s strong regional and international trade relations, as well as its strategic location at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, make it an attractive option for Western investors.
