Its output has all become easier to sample,\u00a0too, thanks to wine bars in the capital, Tbilisi (Konka,\u00a0Vino Underground), a marked wine trail in Kakheti<br \/>\nand wineries (Pheasant\u2019s Tears, Iago\u2019s Winery, Winery\u00a0Khareba) serving traditional and modern Georgian\u00a0cuisine.
